Administrative Support – Level 2 – 25 hours per week
Salary range - $17.00-$19.13 per hour FLSA (Non-Exempt)
I. QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
a. High School diploma/GED
b. One year office experience preferred
Skills
- Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone system and general office equipment
- Good organizational skills
- The ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighing 40 lbs.
- Ability to legally operate a vehicle in NY State
II. RESPONSIBLE TO: Administrative Manager
III. Major Functions:
1. Complete correspondence, reports, forms, and other program related documents
2. Maintain file system
3. Maintain accurate statistical records, files, directories etc.
4. Order supplies and equipment, maintain/operate office machines
5. Order cleaning supplies and schedule office cleaning
6. Oversee and process staff recognition activities
7. Provide back up for other support staff as needed
8. Scan receipts for accounting
9. Take meeting minutes as needed
10. Maintain program administration petty cash account
11. Maintain program and client confidentiality
12. Participate in staff meetings and training activities
13. Perform other job related tasks requested by supervisor
